Our products are compatible with the inbuilt WordPress 5 Page Builder, Gutenberg, part of the new editing experience.
Third-party Page Builders such as Divi, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Thrive Architect, SiteOrigin Page Builder, WPBakery and others provide augmentations to the standard content creation process. These may be included as part of some theme packages from these companies.
Because these Page Builders use their own custom code and augmentations to the normal WordPress editing experience, which is maintained and developed separately from WordPress core, none of HeroThemes products are designed or tested for compatibility with 3rd party Page Builders.
HeroThemes do not offer support for issues with any third party products, including Page Builders as covered in the support policy, support for issues with these should be directed to the plugin author.
In WordPress 5 (WP5), a new editor and page builder, Gutenberg, is included and packaged with WordPress. As this is now part of core WordPress functionality, we provide support for this WP5 editor and many of our products have been developed and updates to leverage the new block system it offers for more features and functionality.
