Our story
We started 15 years ago building WordPress themes. As our own customer base grew, so did our support challenges - response times climbed, and we knew we needed a better approach.
Instead of settling for generic tools, we built our own. The result: Heroic KB for self-service knowledge bases and Heroic Inbox for streamlined email ticketing.
Today our focus is simple: build the best WordPress customer support tools so you can focus on what matters most - running your business.

At 17 I built and sold my first software company - an early obsession with user-friendly technology that led me to found HeroThemes 15 years ago.
Today HeroThemes helps businesses in every corner of the world deliver world-class customer support on WordPress.
When I’m not designing the future of WordPress support, I’m off exploring hidden gems on all 7 continents.

I spent years as a computer scientist tackling complex challenges for leading UK finance and telecoms companies.
Now, as Lead Developer at HeroThemes, I build the WordPress tools that help businesses connect with their customers.
When I’m not writing code, you’ll find me hunting down the UK’s best mountain bike trails.
