Included in the purchase price is up to 12 months of support, updates and product downloads, which renews automatically.
The recurring cost of the product is for continued provision of these services. If you no longer wish to receive product updates, downloads and support after the included period, you can cancel your subscription at anytime from your HeroThemes account.
It is not mandatory to maintain your subscription for use of the product, but it is required for ongoing support and updates. You will not be eligible to receive access to updates and support if your subscription has expired. You will not be able to activate a product on a new site if your subscription has lapsed.
This allows us to continue to produce updates, ensuring compatibility and improvements throughout the life of the product.
