Does KnowAll include Heroic Knowledge Base?

Yes. All our themes come pre-packaged with the tools you need to run a successful knowledge base. No additional purchase is required.

These are installed and configured automatically when you activate your theme.

We bundle certain themes with a packaged version of our Knowledge Base plugin, which may differ from the standalone version. Packaged version of the plugin are not valid for support when not used in conjunction with the theme they are bundled with.
